Roswell Road Trip
To those of you who have heard stories about my parents, this image will not be surprising. Every year, along with over 100 other VW New Beetle enthusiasts, they go to Roswell, New Mexico so their cars can "commune with the mother ship". See, VW New Beetles are not really cars, they are alien pods. (Duh.) So they all dress as aliens to "blend in" with the locals. This is the 4th annual event of its kind. (Check out how my Dad put his party arm band on his fake arm.) My mother claims she made these costumes "without any sewing":

Cowboy Bebop
Ask a stupid question, in this case "Does anyone have a cowboy hat I can borrow Friday night?", you'll get a stupid answer. Or even several:
"No cowboy hat...only a gray top hat..."
"Nope, is it "Funny Drinking Hat day" on Friday or something??" (That's Saturday actually, but I'm wearing my big green one that day)
"Can't help you, but thanks for reminding me I have been putting off getting one. Because I'm serious Chinese Cowboy."
